At Nashville Dry, we have developed a line of Dry Rubs that focus on flavor.  One of first ingredients listed in most rubs is SALT.  While we still use a little bit of salt, it is much less than most rubs.  The first rub that we are taking to market is Stevie B's Wonder Rub.  Developed for Beer Can Chicken, it has evolved to be a very versatile rub that goes on just about every seafood and meat.  Especially great on salmon, pork, beef, and chicken.  Think about ribs, grilled salmon, smoked wings, pork chops, and steaks!!
